About the project
We weren’t given a broken site to fix. We were handed a blank canvas—and a big, glorious problem. Doctors are required to rack up CME points, but most don’t have the time, patience, or willpower to deal with the systems that track them. That’s where My CME Points comes in. Our job was to conceptualize, design, and build a complete product from scratch—name, brand, dashboard, interface, and flow.

The Problem
Most CME tracking tools are either cobbled-together spreadsheets or bloated portals wrapped in bureaucracy. They aren’t intuitive, they aren’t pretty, and they sure as hell aren’t designed for speed. Doctors don’t have time to navigate broken dashboards or click through ten layers of navigation to figure out how many points they’ve earned. The space was screaming for a solution that actually understood the chaos of clinical life.
We built a platform that meets doctors where they are—on their phones, between patients, in moments of stolen time. The dashboard isn’t just functional. It’s insightful. Users can create a profile, set their requirements, and receive automated updates and reminders. Weekly email digests keep them informed. WhatsApp notifications bring CME tracking into the real world. Every feature was crafted to save time, reduce mental load, and eliminate the administrative drag that plagues the profession. There’s no unnecessary fluff. No condescending copy. Just a tool that respects the user’s intelligence and makes their day easier.
Since launch, My CME Points has seen rapid adoption among healthcare professionals who were desperate for a better solution. The feedback was instant and unanimous—finally, someone built something that works like we do. The platform doesn’t just look good. It works hard. It feels like a product made by people who get it. And that’s exactly what it is.
